Is TrackBack available now?
TrackBack is currently in free beta and available on iOS via TestFlight. Join the waitlist to get early access.
How does voice logging work?
Simply speak naturally about what happened—like "had rash after eggs this morning." TrackBack automatically parses your factors (eggs), symptoms (rash), and timing (morning) without you tapping through menus or filling out forms.
Where is my data stored?
All your health data is stored locally on your device. Optional iCloud backup is encrypted and syncs only between your own devices. We never access, sell, or share your personal health information. Learn more in our Privacy Policy.
What makes TrackBack different from other symptom trackers?
Three things: (1) Voice-first logging takes 15 seconds instead of 20 minutes of form-filling, (2) Target-first investigation helps you solve specific problems instead of generic journaling, (3) Bidirectional tracking shows what makes symptoms better AND worse.
Can I export my data?
Yes! You can export your complete health data anytime in standard formats (CSV, PDF). Your data belongs to you, and you're free to take it with you whenever you want.
Will there be an Android version?
Yes! Android support is planned for Q2 2026. iOS users get early access first as we refine the experience based on real user feedback.
How much will TrackBack cost?
TrackBack is currently free during beta. We're exploring pricing models that reward early adopters and avoid predatory subscription practices. Your feedback on pricing will directly influence what we build.
Is TrackBack a medical device?
No. TrackBack is designed for tracking and educational purposes only. It is not intended to provide medical guidance or advice. Always consult with your healthcare provider for any medical decisions or health concerns.
